How your licence works over time

Getting the licence is the start. We keep you compliant year after year.

  1. 1

    Year 0, get licensed

We obtain your tourist licence and your regional VT number, the regional Valencian tourist licence reference, format VT followed by six digits and a letter. There is no national registry number.

  2. 2

    We file for you

You do not need a Spanish digital certificate. We file on your behalf by power of attorney, a signed authorisation that lets us file for you, so you never deal with the Spanish administration yourself.

  3. 3

Years 1 to 5, annual tax

Once you rent, you file Modelo 210, the annual non-resident income tax return on your rental income, handled by our tax advisor. It is a separate service at the ordinary price, not folded into a subscription.

  4. 4

    Year 5, renewal

Your licence is renewed at year five so you stay legal without interruption. Preparing that renewal, with the updated town hall report it needs, is work we do for you when the time comes.

Why owners choose us

A real lawyer and a real tax advisor

Not a faceless platform. Juan Bertomeu, lawyer, ICALI nº 4643, on the Costa Blanca since 1991, and Daniel Bertomeu, lawyer and tax advisor, AEDAF nº 06838.

The full cycle, in one place

The licence, then Modelo 210, the annual non-resident income tax return on your rental income, then the renewal at year five. One team for all of it.

In your language, for non-residents

We work with non-resident owners every day, in your language, and we file for you by power of attorney so you never deal with the administration yourself.
