We have two real offices, in Moraira and in Denia, both on the Costa Blanca. We work fully online across Spain too, so you do not need to travel. We never claim an office where we do not have one.
A tourist licence touches town hall rules, regional registration and, for apartments, the owners community. A real lawyer reviews your case, signs it off, and files it by power of attorney. That is the difference between us and an anonymous gestoria or a self service app.
We agree a fixed price in writing before we start, and official fees are always shown separately. We file on your behalf by power of attorney, so you never deal with the Spanish administration yourself, and your data sits with a real, regulated firm.
